Known as Chef Tastebudz, Sabin brings a creative approach to birria at Taco City in Downtown Dallas. He runs the taquería alongside his mom, bringing a family touch to the food and the experience at the window.
The Dallas Observer traced the business back to pop-up taco events in 2020 and documented its move to Taco City in 2024. Today, the kitchen’s social pages showcase tacos, quesadillas, burritos, ramen and the many possibilities of “Birria Everything.”
